Loin Tips are one of the hidden gems in the Nebraska Star Beef line. They are the lean part of our steak trim that is too small to be a steak and too high quality to grind. Loin Tips are PERFECT for making an extra classy pot of chili or beef stew, they will also turn Hamburger Helper into a gourmet meal. Kebabs are another very popular way to prepare Loin Tips. "Steak on a Stick" is another popular item around the NSB office, simply skewer up the loin tips, season with Signature® Seasoning or Signature® SPG and grill to a rare/medium rare and it becomes a “steak to go”.
