This package contains 2 of each of our *premium “Classic Cut” steaks, a package of our Angus/Wagyu fusion ground beef and your choice of seasoning. Our “Classic Cut” steaks are what we believe steaks should be – the perfect size and portion based on the overall steak experience. But don’t take our word for it, it’s best to try some for yourself. Aging is an absolutely critical element to overall quality. That is why each of our steaks are first aged on the hanger, then at least another 35 days of wet aging. We raise all of our cattle with an old-fashioned corn finish so our beef is exquisitely marbled, juicy and tender. There is simply no better way to get a beef ready for market than corn.
*by “Premium” we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected smaller cattle that result in thicker steaks, hanger aged prior to being wet aged a minimum of 35 days, then expertly cut and trimmed by professional butchers before being flash frozen in special packaging that will allow it to keep for up to 1 year in the freezer. Most grocery store and butcher shop beef can’t compete with that pedigree and level of convenience.
