We actually use the smaller cattle to produce our Petite Cuts which allows us to keep the smaller steaks thicker, adding to the overall steak experience. “Petite Excellence” features two of each of our Petite Cut Ribeye, Filet and NY Strip steaks. This bundle delivers a premium dining experience to those who enjoy a little smaller portion steak but are passionate about quality. We round the package out with a bottle of our exclusive seasoning of your choice. All our seasoning is developed for our beef, but it works great on chicken and pork as well as many other foods.
*by “Premium” we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected smaller cattle that result in thicker steaks, hanger aged prior to being wet aged a minimum of 35 days, then expertly cut and trimmed by professional butchers before being flash frozen in special packaging that will allow it to keep for up to 1 year in the freezer. Most grocery store and butcher shop beef can’t compete with that pedigree and level of convenience.
