Our “Original” flavor has a savory, well balanced flavor profile with hints of garlic, onion, celery and just enough paprika to give it a bright flavor. We have learned that using high quality ingredients in combination with our lean, premium*, all natural** Angus beef, and taking our time to mix everything thoroughly gives us a firm, meaty texture with very little fat. Our beef stick is what you would find in an old school butcher shop that gives a darn about what they make...not in a convenience store. When you bite into a Lucky Jerky Beef Snack Stick, you’ll have that "old time butcher shop" feeling.

*by "Premium" we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected cattle. We slice our jerky thicker than most which means it takes longer to cook and is harder to package ... but it makes better jerky.  We produce all of our jerky in <200 lb batches and lay everything out by hand.  Paying attention to the details from genetics to how the jerky is laid out on the cooking racks sets us apart from the pack. We do things the hard way because we care enough to make things the best we are able.
