The Ribeye steak is quite possibly the most iconic of all steak cuts. It is generally the largest, richest, most well marbled cut on a head of beef. Our 14oz Classic Cut Ribeye steaks are no exception. From the genetics to environment the cattle are raised in, to the 35 day aging process – our commitment is focused on *premium quality. Our Ribeyes are hand cut by artisan butchers who focus on quality ahead of production volume. We take the time to do it right. Our Angus/Wagyu fusion ground beef patties are made from the trim that is generated when cutting our steaks.  It is a proprietary blend of Natural Angus and Natural Wagyu (Kobe style) beef and will elevate your burger experience. The package is rounded out with a bottle of our seasoning of your choice, and is also produced right here in Nebraska.

*by “Premium” we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected smaller cattle that result in thicker steaks, hanger aged prior to being wet aged a minimum of 35 days, then expertly cut and trimmed by professional butchers before being flash frozen in special packaging that will allow it to keep for up to 1 year in the freezer.   Most grocery store and butcher shop beef can’t compete with that pedigree and level of convenience.
