The Nebraska Star Beef 10oz Flank Steak is produced to the exacting perfection of all our steaks. Raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones, aged for 35+ days to produce a flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and juicy steak.
Often written off as fajita meat or a steak salad steak, the Flank Steak deserves more credit. When cut from high quality animals, aged properly, then expertly cut and trimmed, and prepared properly, the Flank Steak will hold its own on any plate. Flank Steaks are best cooked on a very hot grill, in our opinion, and the don’t respond well to being overcooked.
These take flank steaks to the next level. Flank and skirt steaks aren't typically aged, these are. It adds great flavor and they are more than tender enough to grill and serve like a regular steak....these aren't just for fajitas... Great product!
