“My favorite recipe is Beef Stroganoff – It’s a simple recipe when you are in a hurry.”
- 1 Sirloin Steak cut into 1/2” cubes
- 1 large can of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 can of milk
- 1 large can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 large heaping spoon of sour cream
- 1 large bag of egg noodles
Pan fry the sirloin steak on medium heat with a little olive oil, and of course, Nebraska Star® Beef Signature™ Seasoning in a large skillet.
When meat is cooked, add all other ingredients and simmer on low while you are boiling water for your egg noodles. Serve this dinner with green beans and dinner rolls.
